Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate all HR activities across our head office and multiple branches. The role focuses on strategic use of human capital, ensuring effective talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the HR department workflow and ensure consistent operations across all locations.
• Act as liaison between management, department heads, and employees to resolve work‑related issues.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing plans, onboarding, and orientation for all branches.
• Supervise payroll administration, compensation, and benefits processes.
• Handle employee relations, mediate disputes, manage disciplinary actions, and develop engagement and retention strategies.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Investigate non‑compliance, issue warnings or termination letters, and ensure HR policies meet labor laws.
• Visit showrooms periodically to boost morale and maintain coordination with branch managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
