Human Resources Lead

About the role

We are a holding company seeking a proactive Human Resources Lead to shape and expand our HR function across multiple businesses. Based in Beirut, you will drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
• Manage employee contracts, attendance, leaves and HR records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate performance management, evaluations and workforce planning.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Organise training, learning and development initiatives.
• Assist payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese labour laws and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR dashboards, reports and workforce insights.
• Drive employee engagement and culture programs across the group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong generalist HR experience covering recruitment, performance, employee relations and policy management.
• Familiarity with Lebanese labour legislation.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work on‑site in Beirut.
