Talent Acquisition Specialist – Industrial Consultancy (Part-Time, Hybrid)

About the role

Head Recruit, a subsidiary of a global holding group active in investments, real estate, consulting, manufacturing and trade, is looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid position in Beirut. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, and also takes part in employer branding initiatives. The closing date is Wednesday, 4 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening: attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks; review applications and shortlist based on experience, skills and fit.
• Interview coordination: schedule interviews with hiring managers or project teams and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Assessment management: assign case studies, assessments or practical tasks and evaluate them for technical, analytical and consulting skills.
• Background checks: conduct reference checks and coordinate third-party background verification.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles, report on recruitment progress and pipelines, and support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, ideally in technical, industrial or consultancy settings.
• Experience in the consultancy sector is a plus.
