About the role
A fully remote Human Resources internship is open to motivated, detail-oriented candidates who want to develop their career in HR. The intern supports the HR team with administrative and recruitment tasks, and must live in the Matn or Jbeil area.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment by reviewing CVs and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Help with onboarding procedures and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the HR team with various tasks and projects.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates and employees.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree; not currently enrolled in university.
- Located in the Matn or Jbeil area.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
