About the role
ShareQ is offering a paid Human Resources internship that combines remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration in Aintoura. The position is designed for students eager to gain practical HR experience while supporting a non‑profit environment.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and review candidate profiles and CVs.
- Identify and update profiles of qualified candidates.
- Perform administrative tasks and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Required profile
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (undergraduate eligible; master’s preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong enthusiasm for non‑profit work and a collaborative spirit.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
What we offer
- Paid transportation allowance of $150 per month.
- Flexible schedule: minimum three days per week, six hours per day between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Hybrid work model – remote daily tasks with occasional on‑site meetings in Aintoura.
- Total internship duration of 450 hours.
