Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner provides end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and business stakeholders. The role ensures HR practices align with business objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless onboarding and co‑facilitate induction sessions.
• Manage Mid‑Year and Year‑End performance review processes and support performance improvement plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mentee and performance manager data.
• Roll out Global Pulse Survey results and assist with action planning.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, Operations, and Talent Acquisition points of contact.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, attrition, leave balances, diversity, etc.
• Handle day‑to‑day employee queries, payroll adjustments, and exit formalities including exit interviews.
• Support employee relations cases such as grievances and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
