HR & Recruitment Specialist (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support HR operations during the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) at our Beirut office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offers.
• Draft and post job ads, keep descriptions up to date.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Conduct onboarding, collect and verify new‑hire documents.
• Maintain organized employee files (digital and physical).
• Track pending documents, probation reviews and contract renewals.
• Support payroll and attendance verification.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR issues confidentially.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient with Google tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking or HR management systems.
