HR Manager

About the role

As the Human Resources Manager for Liban Cables in Lebanon, you will lead the HR function at site level, aligning local practices with Nexans global strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to site managers, ensuring that people initiatives support business transformation and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR organization, including interview processes, performance management, and talent development.
• Coordinate people matters during financial, organizational, and legal transformations, providing communication and change‑management support.
• Lead recruitment activities, shortlist candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and support final selection.
• Develop and oversee performance calibration, leadership and career management, and competency gap analyses.
• Define learning and development programmes (coaching, mentoring, training, e‑learning) and ensure each employee has a tailored development plan.
• Maintain health and safety focus, ensuring deployment of related tools and processes.
• Partner with local management on labor relations, collective bargaining, and labor‑agreement negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law, collective bargaining, and HR best practices.
• Ability to advise and influence senior managers on people‑related matters.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
