HR Manager

About the role

CreatorLab is looking for an HR Manager to lead people operations across its markets in Lebanon, the GCC (Saudi Arabia), and Turkey. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire team members across Lebanon, the GCC, and Turkey.
• Draft and manage employment offers and contracts, coordinating with local employers of record where required.
• Run onboarding for new hires and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits in partnership with finance.
• Lead performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and manage off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure hiring and employment practices comply with local labour regulations.
• Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline for internal roles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably across multiple countries.
• Comfortable managing remote and distributed teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Working knowledge of employment‑law differences in Lebanon, the GCC, and Turkey.
• Organized, discreet, and people‑first attitude.
