HR Intern – Employee Exit & Payroll Support

About the role
This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in core HR functions, supporting employee exit processes, payroll administration, and policy management across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with employee termination procedures, preparing release letters, handover checklists, clearance forms, and tracking company assets.
- Enter payroll data from Excel into the ERP system, validate accuracy, support payroll cycles, and distribute payslips.
- Prepare and issue employment certificates upon request, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support the review, formatting, version control, and internal communication of group policies and procedures.
- Help draft, process, and file consultancy agreements for the Mauritius entity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and high level of confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
