HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support day‑to‑day HR operations for Omnicom Media Group MENA, ensuring accurate payroll administration, employee record management, recruitment support and internal communications. This role acts as a primary contact for employee inquiries and contributes to HR reporting and project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, audits and data entry across multiple platforms.
• Draft employment contracts, promotion letters and oversee document signing.
• Maintain employee records in Workday, MediaOcean, SharePoint and ensure timely updates for hires, departures and transfers.
• Prepare operational reports such as vacation, timesheet and attendance summaries.
• Respond to employee queries on payroll, benefits, insurance and platform access via the Canada Talent email.
• Support recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, resource‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Ability to draft and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, forms).
