About the role
Talenzia offers a one‑month, fully online HR Apprenticeship designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience in human resources. You will work alongside seasoned HR professionals and be exposed to core HR functions in a structured, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation.
- Participate in employee relations tasks and basic HR administration.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to performance management and reporting activities.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or student interested in a career in HR.
