About the role

Talenzia offers a one‑month, fully online HR Apprenticeship designed for individuals who want hands‑on exposure to core HR functions. You will work alongside experienced HR practitioners and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting and candidate screening.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing documentation and coordinating new‑hire orientation.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in employee‑relations tasks, including handling basic queries and assisting with performance reviews.
• Contribute to HR administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student interested in a career in Human Resources.
• Strong interest in learning HR best practices and processes.
