About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hiring Partner to join our fully remote team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internal positions, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Design and evaluate tailored technical assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate suitability and make final selections.
• Draft and present compelling offers, then oversee onboarding for a seamless transition.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably high‑volume agency work.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, fast‑paced, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Independent decision‑making and a passion for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
