Head of Sales - Construction Material

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead and expand sales operations for high‑quality construction materials, managing existing accounts and developing new business across Lebanon and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure new contracts in the construction and steel sectors.
• Lead and coach the sales team to maximise performance and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to align client needs with factory capabilities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in construction materials, steel structures or related industries.
• Strong network of contacts among contractors, developers and fabricators.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, construction management or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD.
• Photoshop.
• 3D rendering/visualisation software (e.g., SketchUp).

• Total compensation package between USD 1,200 and 2,800+ per month, including base salary and commissions.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
