Head of Marketing & Content

About the role

Brush Art Paints is seeking a creative, strategic and hands‑on Head of Marketing & Content to own the company’s marketing function. Based in Beirut, you will lead the development of the marketing strategy, manage digital presence, produce content and drive brand communication across retail, wholesale and contracting segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including market research and identification of new opportunities.
• Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans and content calendars.
• Plan and execute product, project, launch, event and seasonal campaigns across all channels.
• Conceptualise and produce visual content – shoot photos and videos, edit Reels, short‑form videos and images for social media and digital ads.
• Write copy, captions, scripts and campaign messaging in English and Arabic.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Design and run paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta ads, and monitor performance.
• Develop lead‑generation funnels, coordinate with sales and track conversion.
• Build collaborations with architects, designers, influencers and industry partners.

Required profile

• Creative, strategic and hands‑on mindset with full ownership of the marketing function.
• Fluent written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work onsite in Beirut and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Photo and video shooting.
• Video editing and short‑form content production.
• Social media advertising, especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Digital advertising campaign planning, optimisation and reporting.
• Content creation for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
