Head of Market Analysis & Sales Consultant

About the role

OXShare is seeking a Head of Market Analysis & Sales Consultant to lead market research, generate actionable insights and shape trading and sales strategies. This full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut will guide the sales team, produce market reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research across global financial markets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Translate analytical findings into trading ideas and sales strategies for current and prospective clients.
• Oversee the creation of market reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor the sales team on market narratives and presentation techniques.
• Present insights to senior leadership and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with finance, product and compliance teams to align activities with internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial market analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in statistics.
• Solid background in finance, technical and fundamental analysis.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including on‑camera confidence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field; CFA or advanced degree is a plus.
