Growth Marketing Associate (B2B, AI‑Driven)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to lead market‑facing activities for its two B2B software products. You will work from the Beirut office, collaborating with the Valsoft marketing team and reporting to the Managing Director of ServiceCentral.

Key responsibilities

• Own the website, landing pages, blog, social channels and paid‑ads for RepairQ and ServiceManager.
• Maintain distinct brand voices: RepairQ for repair retailers, ServiceManager for OEMs, 3PLs and depots.
• Handle first‑response inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales contact.
• Create and iterate outbound assets and copy variants for the sales team.
• Report funnel metrics such as sessions, form fills, reply rates and lead‑to‑opportunity conversion.
• Continuously automate repetitive tasks and document monthly efficiency gains.
• Produce customer‑facing release communications, including short videos that explain product updates.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience covering content, social, web and paid media.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and at least one self‑built automation that runs independently.
• Comfortable working with technical layers such as CMS, ad platforms, analytics and scripting/automation.
• Excellent written English for a North‑American audience.
• Proven ability to ship marketing assets quickly and iteratively.
