Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for all brands across every market. This senior position ensures consistent brand positioning, drives effective campaigns, and supports product launches while aligning with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the Group Marketing Strategy, annual plans and budgets across all markets.
• Analyse market dynamics, consumer behaviour, industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead Brand Managers and Marketing Managers, overseeing daily marketing operations.
• Create the annual promotions and discount calendar in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to each country’s insights and requirements.
• Design brand promotion strategies to strengthen awareness, positioning and long‑term equity.
• Prepare media and communication plans for each brand and ensure consistent execution across all countries.
• Lead new product launches with comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for each market.
• Conduct competitor analysis covering assortment, pricing, promotions, market share and positioning.
• Monitor marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently and maximise ROI.
• Measure campaign performance using KPIs, produce regular reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, E‑commerce, Creative, Product Development and Country Managers to align initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or regional marketing leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing marketing teams.
