Group IT & AI Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Group IT & AI Manager to shape and execute our technology vision across the organization. Based in Verdun, Lebanon, you will lead the design, governance and delivery of enterprise‑wide IT, cybersecurity, AI and data initiatives that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group IT strategy, architecture standards, cloud and infrastructure road‑maps, and technology investment priorities.
• Own the ERP and business‑application portfolio, ensuring alignment with functional owners, overseeing implementation, integration and change management.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity controls, monitor threats, manage vulnerabilities, and lead incident response and user awareness programs.
• Develop the Group’s AI, data analytics and automation framework, delivering Power BI, Power Apps and workflow solutions that create measurable value.
• Set IT service‑management standards, monitor SLA performance, and provide user support, onboarding and training.
• Maintain business‑continuity and disaster‑recovery plans, ensuring resilience of critical systems.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience leading IT strategy, governance and architecture for large, multi‑entity organizations.
• Strong background in ERP management, cybersecurity program leadership and AI/data enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C‑level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex technology projects from design through production.
