Graphic & Video Designer / Social Media Content Producer & Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Graphic & Video Designer who will also produce and manage social media content. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller able to turn ideas into engaging static graphics, animated assets and short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static and animated graphics for social media.
• Produce, edit and optimise short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories).
• Plan, schedule, publish and monitor content across multiple platforms.
• Write engaging captions, collaborate on content calendars and track performance metrics.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams, participate in brainstorming sessions and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing and social media content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reside in Jbeil or surrounding area and willing to commute daily to the Byblos office.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar).
• CapCut, Final Cut or other modern video editing tools.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
