Graphic Designer & Social Media Intern

About the role

InternGrub is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Social Media Intern to support its digital presence. This remote, unpaid internship lasts three months and offers hands‑on experience in visual storytelling, branding, and content creation across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics using Adobe tools, Canva, and other design platforms.
• Create visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, including stories, reels covers, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in building and maintaining content calendars for all social channels.
• Support digital campaigns by developing creative concepts, visuals, themes, and content directions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to InternGrub’s brand identity, colors, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate on materials for internships, workshops, webinars, announcements, and platform updates.
• Produce simple marketing collateral such as posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and presentation visuals when needed.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design styles, and emerging content formats.
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver final, ready‑to‑post visuals on time.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about social media and design.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe design tools, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats.
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback.
