Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Lebanon. The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual content for social media and digital campaigns, translating brand guidelines into engaging designs. You will collaborate closely with content, social, video, and account management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create eye‑catching designs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop social media posts, stories, carousels, ads, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Maintain each client’s brand identity, visual guidelines, colors and typography.
• Transform concepts and briefs from content and marketing teams into strong visual designs.
• Adapt designs to various formats and sizes according to platform requirements.
• Produce visuals for digital campaigns, product launches and special occasions.
• Deliver designs accurately and on time, incorporating feedback from internal and client reviews.
• Organise design files following the company’s file‑management structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing content specifically for social media platforms.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
