About the role
The General Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems within the property. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues promptly.
- Install, dismantle, and assemble mechanical components using various tools.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
