About the role
General Foreman (Concrete & finishing) needed for projects in the Beirut and Maten areas of Lebanon. The role involves interpreting drawings, coordinating trades, leading workers, and ensuring quality and safety on site.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret drawings and coordinate trades with the site engineer.
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements.
- Lead and assist workers in construction activities, resolve problems and manage productivity.
- Control the quality of work and enforce safety rules.
- Control material wastage and damage at the site.
- Monitor and manage site equipment.
Required profile
- 15‑20 years of experience in concrete works and finishing, preferably with a main contractor.
- Ability to read and execute construction drawings.
