About the role
We are seeking a motivated full-time Sales Associate to join our Dbayeh and Jnah stores in Beirut. In this customer-facing position you will help shoppers find the right products, drive store revenue and contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, delivering personalized service and product recommendations.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and actively promote new collections.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and display areas.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent shopping experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentable, energetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
