Full Stack AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack AI Developer to join our IS AI Development team in Beirut. In this role you will design, develop and deploy intelligent applications that support consultants in functional analysis and decision‑making, combining full‑stack engineering with cutting‑edge AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑powered solutions that help consultants analyze complex cases and generate data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop robust full‑stack applications using Spring Boot, Angular and Python.
• Implement and integrate generative AI capabilities, including large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and prompt engineering.
• Build intelligent systems with LangChain, agentic AI frameworks or similar orchestration tools.
• Deploy and manage containerised AI applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply MLOps practices to automate model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within existing internal systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide post‑delivery support, debugging production issues and maintaining features.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring Boot, Angular and Python.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, domain‑driven design and micro‑services architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models such as GPT, LLaMA or Claude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
