Frontend Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Ryno Delivery is building three consumer‑focused Flutter applications – customer, vendor and driver – for its food and grocery delivery service in Ghana. As a Frontend Engineer you will own the look, feel and motion of all three apps, turning product briefs into polished, high‑performance mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and animate UI screens for the customer, vendor and driver apps using Flutter.
• Maintain and evolve a shared design system and component library to ensure visual consistency.
• Implement motion, micro‑interactions and loading states to enhance user experience.
• Optimize performance on mid‑range Android devices and under variable network conditions.
• Own the full release process: builds, signing, TestFlight, Play Store tracks, staged rollouts and store listings.
• Monitor crashes, write widget and integration tests, and fix issues in production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience with production‑grade Flutter apps on iOS and Android.
• Strong grasp of Dart, widget tree, rendering and state‑management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod or Provider.
• Ability to create clean, consistent UI without a separate designer.
• Hands‑on experience with the complete mobile release pipeline (Xcode, Android Studio, App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
• Experience consuming REST APIs, handling push notifications, deep links, maps and payment SDKs.
• Performance‑tuning instincts and a portfolio of shipped apps you can discuss.
