Front Office & Customer Care Officer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut is the first point of contact for a multi‑business group operating in travel, tourism, aviation and wine. You will handle inbound calls, resolve client needs, and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and warm experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming external calls for the group’s companies, ensuring no call goes unanswered or unrouted.
• Resolve callers’ requests directly where possible and manage complaints calmly and professionally.
• Notify colleagues promptly when a transferred call is missed, providing caller details.
• Log travel client enquiries in the call tracker and forward them to the sales team the same day.
• Welcome, guide and attend to every visitor, maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Handle incoming mail, couriers and deliveries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience as a Call Center Agent; supervisory or team‑lead experience is a strong plus.
• Formal training in communication skills and customer service.
• University degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or Communication (or a technical diploma with strong call‑centre experience).
• Excellent Arabic, English and French.
• Experience in travel, aviation or hospitality is an advantage.
