Freelance Video & Content Creator (French speakers)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Video & Content Creator who is fluent in French to produce short‑form, mobile‑first video for CXG Learn, our learning platform serving luxury and premium brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, on‑brand video content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create short learning videos such as theory capsules, GIF‑style clips, avatar‑driven pieces, and immersive client‑scenario videos, optimized for portrait mobile viewing with landscape adaptations when needed.
• Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard, ensuring consistent transitions, framing, voice‑over, and music aligned with CXG Learn style.
• Adapt and repurpose existing content across different formats, languages, and learning paths, sourcing stock or AI‑generated visuals where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and learning teams, iterate quickly based on feedback, and help maintain the CXG Learn creative and video guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong short‑form video and motion‑design expertise with a premium aesthetic.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing and motion tools.
• Experience producing portrait‑oriented, mobile‑first video with subtitles and overlays.
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Fluent French speaker.
• At least 3 years of experience creating short‑form video or motion content for premium or digital‑first brands.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating polished, on‑brand work.
