Freelance Recruiter – Commission Based

About the role

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters to source and place qualified candidates for our growing team. This role is commission‑based, meaning you are paid only when a candidate you present is successfully hired.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates.
• Submit suitable profiles to the hiring team and coordinate throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain communication with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for recurring positions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
• Access to LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, or an established candidate network.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and be motivated by performance‑based compensation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with job board platforms and recruitment databases.
