Forex Country Manager – Lebanon

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Lebanon, you will design and execute strategies to grow DB Investing’s presence in the Lebanese market. You will lead sales and business development, manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, and drive client acquisition while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑expansion strategies to increase market share in Lebanon.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.
• Onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen market penetration.
• Achieve revenue targets and drive overall revenue growth.
• Build and manage a high‑performing local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Established network of clients and Introducing Brokers.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and grow a local team.
• Based in Lebanon and fluent in Arabic and English.
• Preferred: prior experience as a Country Manager or Business Development Head, reputation in the FX industry, and an existing mobilisable network.
