Fitness Trainer – Member Support & Gym Floor Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to welcome members, keep the gym floor safe and organized, and act as a friendly ambassador of our fitness culture. You will help new and existing members feel confident using equipment while ensuring a clean, motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members professionally and provide guidance on equipment use, basic exercises, and general fitness best practices.
• Maintain a tidy, safe gym floor by re‑racking weights, arranging cardio machines, benches, racks, plates, and accessories.
• Listen to member concerns, address complaints courteously, de‑escalate tense situations, and report unresolved issues to management.
• Monitor equipment for faults, report problems promptly, and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
