About the role

StoneBridge Agency, a trusted MetLife partner in Lebanon, is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. You will provide personalized advice on income protection, life insurance, retirement planning, education funding, and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and identify client priorities.
• Present tailored protection and wealth‑planning solutions.
• Advise on income protection, life insurance, retirement and savings strategies.
• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Educate clients on financial literacy and long‑term planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay updated on market trends, products and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in sales, finance, banking or insurance is an advantage.
