Finance Manager

About the role

A full-time, on-site Finance Manager position based in Hosrayel (Byblos, Jbeil) oversees financial planning, budgeting and reporting. The role prepares and analyzes financial statements, monitors cash flow and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage forecasting processes and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with other departments so financial objectives match business goals.
• Supervise accounting operations and review variance analyses.
• Present regular financial updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven finance management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience in regulated financial or professional services settings is an advantage.
• Collaborative, able to manage or mentor team members, with strong integrity and discretion.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and cash flow management.
• Proficiency with financial software such as ERP systems, Excel and reporting platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
