Field Sales Executive – Beauty & Grooming Products

About the role

We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist who will develop and manage relationships with barbershops, salons, beauty businesses and other relevant customers across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role focuses on visiting customers in the field, opening new accounts, presenting professional grooming products, generating orders, growing existing accounts and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to barbershops, salons and beauty supply stores across the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers, introduce the product range and open new B2B accounts.
• Present and demonstrate products, explaining features, benefits and value.
• Generate sales orders and work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and develop existing accounts to encourage repeat orders and long‑term business.
• Handle customer questions, objections, pricing discussions and negotiations professionally.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers on orders, needs and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, prospects and sales activity, and provide regular updates to the COO.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field, B2B, FMCG or beauty/grooming products.
• Previous experience selling to barbershops, salons or professional groomers is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships or knowledge of the Lebanese barbershop/salon market is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts, generate orders and develop long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Results‑driven, comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, territory‑management, follow‑up and time‑management abilities.
• Must have a personal car and be able to travel regularly throughout the territory; preferably based in Beirut, Keserwan, Jbeil, Batroun or surrounding areas.
