Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of assigned facilities, ensuring they meet company standards, local regulations, and client expectations. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client, tenants, and the internal facilities team to deliver a safe, well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned facility and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive tenant relationships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Generate and present regular performance, maintenance, and financial reports to client management.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, collections, expense reporting, and invoice approvals.
• Review vendor performance to guarantee quality and timely service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage, mentor, and schedule facility staff and maintenance technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
