Facility Manager – Site Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Facility Manager oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple sites within an assigned zone. The role ensures optimal performance of all facilities, compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, and high‑quality service delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate system performance, identify potential issues early, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent disruptions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), contractual obligations, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, document findings in technical reports, and present clear summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and optimise preventive maintenance plans, ensuring rigorous adherence to schedules and resource allocation.
• Utilise a CAFM system to track operational parameters, approve work orders, and maintain accurate data entry.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness through escalation procedures, on‑call coverage, and rapid response protocols for emergencies.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Hold frequent client meetings to discuss performance, propose value‑added services, and prepare improvement proposals.
• Prepare periodic performance reports covering KPIs, incidents, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Fluent in French.
• IFMA or MEFMA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 + years of experience in facility or site management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
