Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple sites within an assigned zone. The role ensures optimal performance of facilities, compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, and high‑quality service delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate system performance, identify potential issues early, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain peak efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with service level agreements, contracts, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, document findings, and present detailed technical reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and optimise preventive maintenance plans, ensuring rigorous adherence to schedules and contractual requirements.
• Utilise a CAFM system to track operational parameters, approve work orders, and maintain accurate data.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness, manage escalation procedures, and coordinate emergency interventions.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Hold frequent client meetings, propose value‑added services, and deliver periodic performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• Fluency in French.
• IFMA or MEFMA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 + years of experience in facility or site management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
