Facilities Management Specialist

About the role

The Facilities Management Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control building systems, performing regular inspections and documenting performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervising vendors and service providers.
• Manage facility‑related budgets, track expenses and optimise resource allocation.
• Address occupant requests promptly and implement energy‑management initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan upgrades, improvements and long‑term facility strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building maintenance and facilities management.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site, multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field is advantageous.
