Entry-Level Signal Integrity Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated entry‑level Signal Integrity Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on simulating, analysing and optimising high‑speed PCB connections to ensure signal integrity and overall performance of cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electromagnetic simulations using CST Microwave Studio and Ansys HFSS for high‑speed PCB interconnects.
• Analyse signal‑ and power‑integrity for interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, HDMI and USB.
• Tune PCB layouts to minimise loss, crosstalk and reflections.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to align simulation results with physical measurements.
• Document simulation outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support board bring‑up and debug by correlating simulation data with lab measurements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of high‑speed signal integrity concepts (impedance matching, crosstalk, reflections).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• CST Microwave Studio

• Cadence Allegro or Altium Designer (PCB layout)
• Knowledge of PCIe, DDR, HDMI, USB interfaces
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDRs and VNAs
