Entry-Level Community Manager (Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join Swiss Butter’s growing team. In this entry‑level position you will manage the brand’s social media presence, support influencer outreach and help with case management, all aimed at strengthening our community and spreading simple moments of joy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Swiss Butter’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create and maintain a content calendar with timely, engaging posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual and written content.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and foster community sentiment.
• Support online case creation and follow‑up on customer recovery.
• Identify and maintain relationships with relevant influencers.
• Track and analyse social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, graduated within the last 12 months.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience or strong interest in social media and community management.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Passion for the Swiss Butter brand and its mission.
