Enterprise Sales Manager – HCM Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our Human Capital Management (HCM) software portfolio across medium and large enterprises in the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, and build lasting relationships with HR and executive leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales pipeline targeting enterprise organisations throughout the UAE.
• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities by engaging CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition heads and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, discovery, solution demos, proposal creation, negotiation and contract signing.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical and delivery teams to craft compelling presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data and customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs to drive new opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE resident with a valid UAE driving licence.
• 5+ years of B2B software sales experience to enterprise HR departments.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate business value of digital HR transformation.
