Engineering & AI Internship

About the role

New Metrics, a human‑centric transformation consultancy, is looking for an Engineering & AI Intern to assist its Engineering, Product and AI teams. The role offers hands‑on experience in product documentation, AI research and workflow automation within a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, FAQs and release notes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and validate documentation against live functionality.
• Develop process flows, walkthroughs and help content, and publish them to internal knowledge bases.
• Research AI use cases that can improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and explore emerging AI tools.
• Assist in building AI prompts, workflows and productivity concepts.
• Support internal AI innovation and adoption initiatives while staying updated on AI trends.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, technology and digital products.
• Basic understanding of web technologies or software workflows.
• Analytical, communicative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies.
