EM Launch Lead & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an EM Launch Lead and EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager to drive commercial growth and launch new pharmaceutical brands across emerging markets and the EMEA region. The role will be based in Egypt, Lebanon, or the United Arab Emirates and will work closely with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial responsibility and launch leadership for the Imaavy portfolio in emerging markets.
• Manage the EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio, ensuring growth maximization and erosion minimization.
• Develop and execute brand strategy, promotional activities, and lifecycle management plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including OPCO, Global, ESO, and regional functions—to prepare and launch new products.
• Maintain brand positioning, launch readiness dashboards, and pre‑launch training for operating companies.
• Conduct forecasting, resource planning, and GFLS assessments.
• Monitor market data, biosimilar entry, and provide knowledge sharing between emerging markets and global teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial responsibility and launch leadership for pharmaceutical products in emerging markets.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive launch excellence.
• Experience with brand strategy, market data management, and lifecycle management.
