Electrical Construction Engineer – Site Manager (Togo Project)

About the role

We are mobilising a senior Electrical Construction Engineer to act as Site Manager for a major infrastructure and electrical works project in Togo. The role is based on‑site and requires a proven leader who can drive daily operations, ensure safety compliance and deliver complex technical tasks on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on‑site activities for the electrical construction works.
• Coordinate with civil and distribution teams to ensure integrated project execution.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental (HSSE) standards and enforce strict compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel.
• Report progress, risks and issues to the Project Director and headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience with a Bac+5/MSc or 15 years with a Bac+2.
• At least 3–5 successfully completed similar infrastructure or electrical projects.
• Bac+5 or MSc in Electromechanics, Electricity or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Fluency in French and strong command of professional English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary site teams.
