E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

Maa‑Althahab, a leading fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to drive growth across its online sales channels. You will shape the digital commerce strategy, optimise the customer journey and ensure the seamless operation of the company website and marketplace accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an e‑commerce strategy that meets sales and profitability targets.
• Manage the corporate website and all marketplace accounts.
• Monitor online sales performance, produce regular reports and analyse conversion data.
• Optimise product listings, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to guarantee product availability and timely order fulfilment.
• Track website performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour, recommending improvements.
• Maintain the online product catalogue and ensure content accuracy.
• Oversee online customer‑service performance and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage relationships with e‑commerce platforms, payment providers and third‑party partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and e‑commerce best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of e‑commerce or digital sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and improving profitability.
• Strong analytical, leadership and project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with major online marketplaces.
