E-Commerce & Inventory Assistant Internship (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time, on‑site intern to support our e‑commerce and inventory operations in Beirut. You will help manage product stock, coordinate shipping and receiving, and ensure accurate inventory records while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing online health and beauty retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product inventory data using inventory management software and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate stock movements.
• Support e‑commerce operations by assisting with order fulfillment and stock availability checks.
• Collaborate with the team to keep stock operations seamless and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform physical inventory counts and assist in inventory control activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency in shipping & receiving and physical inventory management.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Willingness to learn new e‑commerce and inventory practices.
• Previous experience or coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
