Document Control Specialist

About the role

MultiLane Test Products (MLTP), a Teradyne affiliate, develops high-speed I/O test solutions for the AI and data center equipment market. It is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Document Control Specialist in Lebanon to manage engineering documentation, product lifecycle management (PLM) activities, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers and document revisions. The role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, manage and administer the PLM system.
• Manage ECNs from initiation through approval and implementation, reviewing them for completeness, accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Create and maintain part numbers and BOMs according to defined numbering structures and standards.
• Process deviations and waivers for non-conforming materials and products.
• Maintain controlled versions of engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs and manufacturing documentation.
• Keep BOMs, part numbers, revisions and product information accurate in the ERP system.
• Prepare and export released ECO packages from PLM to external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure documentation complies with policies and procedures, support QMS audits and take part in continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and other teams on documentation accuracy and timely change implementation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing documentation and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Advantageous: familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate well in English.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with modern PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Arena, Oracle or Autodesk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
