Distribution Sales Representative

About the role

Tabet Engineering is seeking a motivated Distribution Sales Representative to expand and manage its distribution network. The role focuses on building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, electrical suppliers and contractors while driving product sales and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, electrical wholesalers and retailers.
• Promote and sell the company's lighting and control products through the distribution network.
• Identify and develop new distribution partners and sales opportunities.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations and training to distributors and their sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and support clients during the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and meetings to promote company products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in lighting, electrical or technical products.
• Valid driving licence.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and grow a distribution network.
• Good knowledge of sales strategies and market development.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
